Presented by the American Dance Guild and the Clark Center NYC, this concert explores the powerful intersection of dance and activism, focusing on themes of protest and resistance in motion.

Erin Gottwald will perform Slaughter of the Innocents, reimagined by ST/DE Artistic Director Samantha Géracht from Anna Sokolow’s 1937 lament for Basque women suffering under Nazi aerial bombing.

The program will also include, among others, ST/DE member Edu Hernandez, performing with Arthur Aviles’ Typical Theatre, and former ST/DE member Francesca Todesco’s company Dances We Dance.
